Description

NAR's Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group. The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients' best interests.

Fryer is a Realtor Emeritus who has participated in a wide variety of activities in the real state industry since graduating with a Master Degree in Business Administration in 1971 from Florida State University. He has managed both large and small real state firms in his career and currently owns and operates a small boutique residential firm with his wife, Judy.
