CONDO Best Practices Course (2-hr CE) After the Florida Legislature’s passage of three bills (over three years) containing significant condominium related reforms, the Florida Attorney’s Real Estate Councils by The Fund or Florida ARECs (AREC) is offering a course developed by The Fund to provide Realtors with certain post-Surfside condominium best practices, whether they’re listing or selling condominium units This 2-hour FREC accredited program provides a deep dive into changes in condominium law since the Surfside collapse. Agents will learn what they need to do to avoid liability when representing a buyer or seller in a condominium transaction.
