Florida Realtors Associate General Counsel, Joel Maxson, has compiled alist of the top 10 most frequently asked questions for the Legal Hotline which will be reviewed during this course. The Florida Realtors Legal Hotline is a service available exclusively to Florida Realtors members.

Objectives:

• After taking this class students will be able to:
• Understand the three points where the team advertising rule at 61J2-10.028 adds tothe existing advertising rule at F.A.C. 61J2-10.025.
