My Business Philosophy:  I quite simply do not see myself as a salesman.  I am a professional who can assist you in your search for the perfect home in your ideal area.  I carry this sales philosophy into the relationships that I build with each and every one of the buyers or sellers that I represent.  Furthermore, I believe that the homes in Central Florida sell themselves.  I pride myself in being on time and keeping open lines of communication between myself and my clients.  This extends to anyone else that may be involved in a contract, right up until we get to the closing table.  I am always learning new technology and am up to the minute on what is going on in the market, so your contract can be offered first or your home can be marketed to the right clients, at the right price to sell!

My attention to detail and understanding the importance of working with others in a team concept comes from 25 years as a Law Enforcement Officer.  My transition after retiring as a detective was made easy due to the shared team concept values that Weichert Hallmark carries with them.  They have offered and I have taken advantage of training courses to assist me in completing and closing the best contract for you!

Being licensed as a Police Officer and Correctional Officer led to many awards during my career including the Distinguished Service Award.  Although I don''t measure my success by awards, I do believe that it shows that I contribute 110% to my career and this will hold true as a Licensed Realtor.  

On a personal basis, I grew up in the Pennsylvania country.  I love to fish, hunt, swim, competitive shooting and the beach.  The beach being 5 hours away, led to my move to Florida after high school.  Before moving I was working in construction and loved it.  My soon to be wife and I then moved to Winter Garden Florida and that was now 27 years ago.  I believe that being in Central Florida for so many years lends itself to a knowledge base that can only help in your real estate needs.  

During my time as a correctional and police officer, I enjoyed protecting the citizens of Central Florida but I always knew the second chapter of my life would be a career in Real Estate.  Law Enforcement brought good days and bad and I made a choice to use the bad times to help dictate how I look at things.  I DO NOT GIVE UP.  And as I continue in my career as a Realtor, "where there is a will there is a way" sticks with me.  I look forward to helping you not just buy a house but to help you find your HOME!  Just as I look forward to helping you sort out the market if you are selling your home.  My job is only done if you can move forward knowing that the facts you were given helped you get the best price for your property!
